You can return any item for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of shipment , as long as the item has not been used. We will refund the price you purchased your item at. You may either receive store credit or a refund.
If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, and an alternative is not preferred, then a refund will be issued instead
If you want to exchange for a different product, you can do that by contacting us via email or phone stating your requirement before sending the items back. Replacement will be sent to the original delivery address. There will be an additional postage charge, to cover the cost of new items sent out to you if you have chosen the wrong product. Unfortunately we cannot resend items out free of charge. Once postage is paid, we will be able to send items to you.
Items not allowed for return or exchange:
You can exchange or return any item on the website excluding groin guards and gum shields even if they are new.This is due to consideration of hygiene.
If an item is lost during the delivery process we will track the lost item on your behalf. If, after 14 days have passed, the item has still not been traced we will replace the item.
Shipping will be refund only if we made a mistake when sending your order (i.e. we sent a different product or size than what you actually ordered)
We will accept returns on uniforms, apparel, gear & equipment only under the following conditions:
-Items must be in the original packaging with attached label
-Items must be clean and free from wear
-Items must be unwashed
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are securely packed so they cannot be damaged during transit. Please pack the item in its original packaging with all instructions, tags and any attachments. Please include your order number and the reas./on for return in the returned package. All returned items will be inspected on return. Please not If you do not include the order number, dispatch slip or the name used whilst purchasing the items then we will not know who the package belongs to and we will not be able to process your returned item. We cannot accept responsibility for items sent back to us that are lost on delivery. Please do not lose the tracking number/postage receipt as you will require this if the package is lost whilst in transit back to us.
You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
Returns take 3-5 days to process.
Refunds are not issued if items have been damaged in anyway after having been signed for at the point of delivery as being in good condition .
Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria, will not be eligible (i.e. dirty, smell of cigarette smoke or detergent, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, have visible signs of wear, etc).
Undelivered or lost item:
